Issues with our Loading Speed and Downtime on the 6th of February 2020
As some of you may have noticed in the past 2 days, there were some sporadic issues with Penta where you experienced a very slow experience when using the app, or all together you were unable to login and do your company’s business banking.
This happened because we were making some changes to our infrastructure in general.
We know that when it comes to your money, problems of any kind are totally unacceptable.
We’re really sorry about this, and about any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Our team has identified the issue and is fixing it. Once everything is working as expected, we’ll update accordingly.

We want to inform you that we resolved the issue.
Reason for the slow loading of the App and problems at the LogIn was that Pentas customer base grew significantly during the last months – up to date 15.000 companies are using Penta.
Because of that, also the amount of transactions and use of our services experienced a peak, which led to the delay of loading time on the website and the App. Our Tech Team conducted the necessary adaptations, so that now everything is running as usual again.
Nevertheless, our customer base still grows on a monthly basis, therefore we will need to adapt our infrastructure in general to the new mass. The necessary work will be done in the next few days.
Of course, we will make sure that this will bother you as little as possible. If there might be again a slowing down of the website or App, we will let you know on time.
