Each channel on the Slack community is dedicated to specific topics and issues. Below is a breakdown of each member channel so you can familiarise yourself with their contents.

Managed with the help of the HR and People & Culture team, this channel is designed to help you get to know Penta’s employees and company culture.

This of course includes our furry friends. On Penta’s Pets Wednesdays, Pentonians post pictures of their dogs, cats and other pets.

Keep an eye on this channel if you or anyone you know is job hunting. We post job listings here as soon as positions become available.

Got a few burning questions about Penta? Want to tell us about a feature you’re just dying for us to add? Head over to #feedback_and_requests and suggest to your heart’s content!

This is a channel all about what you want. Even if you don’t have a suggestion of your own, scroll through users’ previous posts and leave a reaction to show your support.

Our Community Team is regularly combing through the posts and will be keen to discuss your ideas and suggestions.

Available by phone and email, our support team is ready to help you with whatever you need. However, if you have an informal request or would like an instant response you don’t mind sharing publicly, #ask-me-anything is where it’s at.
