Application

Please apply for one of our open positions or send us a general application here. After our HR team has reviewed your application, we will invite you to a first round phone interview. This is the first step in getting to know you and telling you more about the opportunity. It also gives you an opportunity to tell us about yourself!

Phone or on-site interview with the team lead

In the next step, you will speak with the team lead to better understand the position, any associated  challenges, and some necessary technical requirements (if any) for your potential new role.

Interview with the Penta team and our CEO

In the last step, you get to know the rest of our team. We all work closely together, so active communication between the teams is very important. This interview is a great way for you to meet our larger team and our CEO, Lav, who always takes time to welcome every new employee personally.
