Every plan includes a certain number of users and corporate cards:

  • Starter – 2 cards/users
  • Comfort – 5 cards/users
  • Enterprise – 15 cards/users

You can add extra cards and users at €2/mo each in all plans.

You can set the custom spending limit for each corporate card in your company. The maximum monthly spending limit per corporate card is €40,000 in online spend and €25,000 in offline spend.

Each additional card will have an additional spending limit, therefore your overall company limit increases.

When you use the Starter plan, you can increase your online spend limit to €40,000 by switching to the Comfort or Enterprise plan.

You can categorise categories to help you plan your finances. You can do this from the Categories tab in the Administration section.

Yes, you can filter by transactions, card users and transactions without receipts. You can also export all transactions as csv or MT940 file, including the receipts for each transaction.

You can set the custom spending limit for each company card. The maximum spending limit per Penta’s corporate card is €50.000 per month – €25.000 in online spent and €25.000 in offline spent, including cash withdrawals.

Yes! You can grant these permissions to all your legal representative users:

  • Administrator (User can access any current or future feature of the Penta account)
  • See account balance, transactions, download statements
  • Categorise transactions (Assign or change a category to a transaction)
  • Manage users (Add or remove users and manage their permissions)
  • Manage cards (Create and close corporate cards for other users)
  • Prepare payments (Prepare SEPA payments)
  • Send payments (Confirm SEPA payments)*
  • Manage business details and integrations (Change address, enter tax information, change Penta subscription, create custom categories and manage integrations and notifications.)

For non-legal representative users, you can enable the following permissions:

  • See account balance, transactions, download statements
  • Categorise transactions (Assign or change a category to a transaction)
  • Prepare payments (Prepare SEPA payments)
  • Send payments (Confirm SEPA payments)*

*Requires video identification via our partner IDnow.

You also have the option to add a user without any permissions, meaning they won’t be able to the total balance of the account or all transactions. This is helpful if you want to give an employee a corporate card. Without any permissions, they can only see their own card payments and card details.

You can set up notifications for the following activities:

  • Incoming Payments
  • Outgoing Payments
  • Failed / Returned Payments

You can also define the minimum threshold to only receive notifications about payments above a certain amount and choose which users should receive the notifications.

lexoffice and debitoor are currently available as direct accounting integrations. In addition, you can export MT940 files, which can be imported directly into Datev or other accounting software.

FAQ

Your corporate card is a Business Debit Card, which means that all transactions occur in real-time and are directly debited from your bank account.

After you make a payment, you can directly attach a receipt to the transaction via mobile or web app. You can then assign a custom category or tag to each transaction.

You can see your spending limit and all your transactions in real-time in the Penta app on mobile or desktop.
